FAZZINO, Charles
As the creator of 3-D limited edition art, renowned 3D artist Charles Fazzino is best known for his obsession with bright colors and intense detail, the frenetic energy that infuses his work and a unique hand assembled 3-D layering technique that brings his images to life. He was born in Bronx, NY, and a grad of the NY School of Visual Arts. He is also a pop culture historian with tributes to popular icons such as the New York Yankees, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, and the Characters of Walt Disney. He has painted more than 20 Super Bowls for the National Football League, 18 all-star games for Major League Baseball, 5 Daytime Emmy Award Ceremonies, 2 FIFA World Cup Tournaments, the Grammy Awards, and was the official artist for the US Marines Corps 75th anniversary Toys for Tots Celebration and the National 9-11 Memorial and Museum’s 25th anniversary commemoration.
He is in the private collections of Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush, Morgan Freeman, Paul McCartney, President Tarja Halonnen of Finland, Michael Jordan, Andy Roddick, Tony Stewart, Julia Roberts, Katie Couric, Reggie Jackson, and others.
Fazzino’s narrative style, innovative technique, and sense of composition make him a master storyteller who touches his collectors and captures the most meaningful parts of their everyday lives. There have been six books published about Fazzino. He is a national VP of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and contributes his time and art to raising millions of dollars for countless world causes.
